Profile overview
Abirama approaches battle as a loud celebration of strength. Flight appears to place him beyond Kira's preferred range, and a supply of replaceable steel-like feathers lets him attack without seeming to lose anything. Wabisuke changes the meaning of those advantages by making every contact accumulate weight.
The duel is one of Bleach's clearest ability counters. Kira does not need to fly or overpower Águila directly; he only needs Abirama to keep committing the same wings and feathers to the exchange. A fighter defined by elevation is defeated through the burden carried by his own weapons.
Abirama Redder is Arrancar 22 and one of Baraggan Louisenbairn's Fracción in Fake Karakura Town. Assigned to destroy a pillar supporting the replica town, he instead meets its guard, Izuru Kira. Abirama releases Águila, gains wings and attacks with volleys of dense feathers, but Kira repeatedly strikes those weapons and his wings with Wabisuke. Their doubled weight drags Abirama out of the sky and leaves him vulnerable to Kira's execution.
